Founded in New York City in 2006 and opened for business in April 2007, Theatre Logos Agency (TLA) was established to service the growing demand from producing organizations for high-quality artwork. Prior to the formation of TLA, no central clearinghouse existed for the rights to use original artwork from Broadway, Off-Broadway, West End, and regional productions. About TLA's Founder
Michael Q. Fellmeth is Vice President at Dramatists Play Service, Inc. During his sixteen-year association with the Play Service, he has published over 800 plays, including a dozen Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award–winning titles and many of the most popular contemporary plays in the English-speaking theatre. His many innovations in the theatrical-licensing business include the first sophisticated ecommerce website and the first automated online-licensing process. He has degrees from Duke and Columbia University.
